Document duty stations, ships, deployment zones, and role changes in the order they occurred. Timeline detail improves credibility, helps identify cumulative exposure, and supports later packet assembly.
Use one entry per major location, ship, or duty environment. Include changes in mission, location, or exposure conditions rather than trying to compress everything into one paragraph.
