Step 1: Download and unzip

Save the ZIP file.

Right-click it and choose Extract All.

Step 2: Open Extensions

Chrome: chrome://extensions/

Edge: edge://extensions/

Step 3: Developer Mode

Turn Developer Mode ON.

This lets the browser load the unpacked extension.

Step 4: Load Unpacked

Click Load unpacked.

Select the extracted extension folder.

Step 5: Open VA.gov

Log into VA.gov normally.

Open your claim status page.

Done

The tracker, timeline, alerts, and smart overlay activate locally.

No VA password stored. No data sent out.
